Julien ist freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und hat uns ausführlich alles wichtige Erklärt. Er liefert die Räder auf Wunsch vor die Haustür. Bei Pannen während der Tour muss man ihm nur schreiben und er kommt und hilft - kostenlos!
Er antwortet immer sehr schnell per WhatsApp, dabei versucht er immer auf die Wünsche einzugehen.
Es gibt nichts, was ich kritisieren kann. Es war ein perfekter Service von ihm. Ich würde dort jedes Mal erneut die Räder ausleihen.

Trustindex vérifie que la source originale de l'avis est Google. Super expérience, on recommande à fond. Nous avons loué deux fois des vélos avec Julien et tout s'est super bien passé. Il est très disponible et à l'écoute.
Et faire du vélo à l'intérieur de l'île où les points de vue sont magnifiques, c'est juste top !

He showed up early & gave very good instructions for a couple with limited e-bike knowledge. During our island travel, we got a flat 10 miles into our ride & contacted him via what’s app. He arrived promptly in about 15-20 mins. with a replacement bike helping us get back on our ride quickly. Julien gave great recommendations for lunch restaurants & other local nuggets of knowledge. I highly recommend Tere Moorea Bike rentals thanks to Julian’s excellent professionalism & well maintained equipment. As mentioned in other reviews, the condition of the bikes & helmets were excellent.

Julien brought the bikes where we stayed, at the agreed upon time, and spent the time to brief us about the bikes and the itinerary. The bikes were in very good condition ls, we had no issues throughout our ride and Julien picked them up at the end of the day. Very positive experience and happy family time.
